Danielle Cailleaux - sleepwellfed
I was a non-breastfeeding mother. I struggled with an untreated milk let-down, then after 2 months with catastrophic GERD, I decided to relactate. Successfully, I then moved to exclusive pumping. I couldn't pump enough, and I managed to breastfeed after a tongue tie release and consultations with professionals. My son then resumed breastfeeding, and due to intense fatigue, I had to switch to mixed feeding (breast + formula milk). Then, at 18 months, I finally transitioned to exclusive breastfeeding, and I'm still doing it at his 5th birthday in February 2026. After a horrible stay in maternity and neonatology, I am determined to help mothers have a calmer and more suitable breastfeeding experience, adapted to their needs, resources, and desires.
I am here to support you with your breastfeeding journey, taking into account your needs, desires, and resources. Listening to yourself. I help mothers breastfeed or pump-feed more serenely and with the right tools. We can discuss various topics together, such as what to do in case of elastic nipples, bottle or breast refusal, relactation, returning to work, milk supply, occasional absences or holidays, or even stays in maternity or neonatal units. You will NOT find mandatory injunctions or fear-mongering methods here. This is your sanctuary, where you will find help.
You will also receive information on how to increase your milk production, express milk for times you are away, for returning to work, for maternity leave, for health concerns, etc.
I also support health professionals, perinatal professionals, early childhood professionals and anyone wishing to train. I offer an online training course (short, precise, subtitled videos, digital documents) accompanied by me via video conference. I also offer professional coaching for those who train with me.
